    Responsibilities - Include but are not limited to:

    Committed to recruiting, hiring, developing and retaining a highly engaged team of Shift Leads and Barista’s.
    Ability to create and maintain a customer obsessed culture.
    Drive sales growth and profitability through a relentless pursuit of customer experience, incredible employee culture, knowledge and passion for all thing’s coffee and tea.
    Ability and desire to support all stores in the district if needed with operational or talent needs.
    Leader of local marketing and networking opportunities to support our mission of uniting community.
    Executing on all selling activities including: merchandising, promotions, self-certification, food safety and protocol execution.
    Achieving in-store compliance and loss prevention measures/standards.
    Achieving store sales goals and driving sales through targeted and measured activities.
    Managing store P&L and net revenue at store level.
    Working closely with Retail Operations and owner for daily operations activities.
    Ensure adherence to applicable wage and hour law including compliance with meal and break period policies.
    Maintain high standards of food safety to ensure food is maintained at proper time and temperature by regularly monitoring and documenting as required.
    Write schedules that align with targeted labor guidelines. Continuously adjust to meet needs of the business.

    Minimum 1 year in a successful Store Manager role in coffee, restaurant or similar retail environment with multiple direct reports or 2+ years in a high-volume Assistant Store Manager role with multiple direct reports.
    Passion, desire and/or knowledge of coffee industry.
    Ability and desire to build relationships.
    Ability to manage change and adapt and embrace new procedures and processes.
    Proven success in achieving goals through development of a customer obsessed culture.
    Strong verbal & written communications skills.
    Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
    Must have Washington State Food Handler Card or applicable state specific requirement.

    Details: Full-time or Part-time
    Seeking skilled coffee-focused service professionals. 6.5-8 hr shifts. Weekdays and weekends. Opening and closing shifts available. (Business hours are 6am/7am-6pm).

    This position is for the coffee bar at our flagship location, where we do all of our coffee roasting. This is a busy cafe, where baristas must keep a confident, steady work flow. The focus is on espresso drinks and whole bean coffee recommendations. Other responsibilities include dishwashing, pastry stocking, tidying of cafe, and other such sidework tasks.

    Espresso and general coffee education provided by some of the best in the industry; However, previous coffee experience is helpful.

We are currently looking for an experienced barista / cashier who will consistently produce high quality and artistically presented espresso drinks while maintaining efficient and steady guest line flow.     Details: Position Summary:

    Show up reliably and on time for shifts, which will be at varied times and may include early mornings and/or late nights. Make great coffee to Ladro standards, continually develop barista skills and coffee palate, serve great pastries, and take good care of the people paying for said coffee and pastries. Must play well with others. Have fun at work, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and understand how to keep busy.

    Qualifications/Job Requirements:

    Previous coffee and/or retail experience preferred
    Successful completion of initial barista training program
    Ability to stand for long periods of time, perform tasks requiring manual dexterity to lift up to 40 pounds

    Possess basic math/cash handling skills

    Details: Quinn's Coffee - Family owned, fun busy drive-thru coffee stand in the Lacey-Nisqually area is looking for an experienced barista. Shifts will average between 20 - 30 hours a week and be flexible between morning (5-11:30am), afternoon (11:30-5pm) and some weekend days (8-4pm) depending on needs. Should have recent drive-thru or café experience.

    The candidate should have recent drive-thru, busy café experience and have a wide-ranging knowledge of coffee drinks, including blended drinks.
