Au Cheval, located in Tribeca, is seeking Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers and a Sous Chef to join the opening team. Serving coffee, lunch and dinner, Au Cheval dishes up traditional diner fare reimagined with a passion for eggs, a yen for other cuisines, a dash of sophistication, and a dollop of humor. Guests will find an emphasis on quality, playfulness and generosity -- both on the plate and in spirit -- as they indulge in items such as General Jane's chicken, roasted bone marrow, chopped chicken liver and the griddle's signature cheeseburger.

    Pay Rates:
    Line Cooks and Prep Cooks: $18-$25/hr based on experience
