  1. Employers must check legal working status of workers themselves, stafter isn't responsible for any information provided by the worker on this website.

  2. Workers hired through stafter.com are solely responsible for providing all legal documentation to the employer upon actual employment date and time.

  3. Stafter isn't responsible for checking employment information of users registered through stafter.com

  4. Stafter isn't responsible for checking workers actual experience information.

  5. Stafter operates as a portal for Employers to find workers, and takes no part in actual employment or employment contracts nor does it have any role in it.

  6. Stafter charges subscription monthly fee of $15, $59 and $129 to access workers database and use of Stafter Money and Stafter Time Stations features for employers
  7. Stafter is completely free for workers.

  8. In no circumstances will stafter collect the actual payment for employment. Stafter takes no part in worker receiving payment from Employer.

  9. Stafter doesn't promise and doesn't provide any guarantees for employer delivering payment to the hired worker through stafter.

  10. Stafter provides no instruments to track and no proof of work actually being completed or payed for.

  11. Stafter isn't responsible for unpaid taxes by hired workers.

  12. Stafter isn't responsible for unreported hires.

  13. Users who provide false information about their experience, previous employment or their identity will be banned from Stafter service permanently.

3. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on stafter.com are provided "as is". Stafter makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Stafter does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
